The people of Dall'Ara: “Cesare Cremonini is one of us, his songs touch your heart”

A passing of the baton from one generation to another, and his mother, Lorena Rastiello , is there with her partner Carlo Langella : “We got engaged with his songs. '50 Special' is ours, and today – after 25 years – she is seeing him live for the first time. We are very excited, ” says Carlo. When asked what they appreciate most about him, many emphasize the depth of his lyrics or his ability to play the piano. Someone jokes: “Well, also because he is a Bologna fan!”, remembering Cesare's passion for the red and blues .
“He vibrates inside you when he sings, his songs reach your heart,” says Sara Fino. Samira Landi and Rebecca Ottanelli came from Tuscany for the concert: “We’ve been following him since we were teenagers, since the days of Lùnapop, but this is the first time we’ve seen him live. And seeing him here, in his city, has a special meaning.”
In short, from Bologna and all over Italy, fans face the scorching heat of June with cool drinks, shade, fans - many of which "branded" Cremonini - and a great desire for music. And there are also those who always follow him: "In recent years we have listened to him in Imola and also at the Unipol Arena. We are from Modena, and yesterday we saw him on stage with Elisa at San Siro", say Elena and Bianca Giacobazzi, Eleonora Iseppi and Aurora Vincenzi.
The evening promises to be special: on stage with Cesare there will also be Luca Carboni , a symbol of Bolognese music, and a tribute from Valentino Rossi, with the Moto GP VR46 in a livery inspired by the album “Alaska Baby” which will make its appearance on stage.
“A true hymn to 'Bolognese-ness' , we are curious to see it in its city”, whispers a group of fans in line.
And in fact even Cesare Cremonini himself admitted in a video that it will be a special date for him: “He defined it as the emotional peak of his tour, I'm sure it will be an emotion for him too”, concludes Gianluca Prisco.
